How much space is needed to install geothermal HVAC?

We need 30 inches in width to access the drilling area. If drilling inside the basement we need a ceiling height of 6’8″.

How expensive is a Geothermal HVAC system?

Geothermal HVAC system are approximately the same cost as a conventional HVAC system.

What states do you work in?

Currently, we install in New York and Illinois.

What Tax and energy rebates does a geothermal system qualify for?

All installs qualify for Federal Tax rebate of 30%. Depending on what state you live in there are ofter energy rebates available through local utilities or state programs.

Is geothermal really more efficient?

yes.
